What is good BaZi for Caesarean Birth?

Some expecting mothers thinking of caesarean birth may consider having delivery on a good BaZi date. The meaning of a good BaZi for caesarean birth can vary widely. A good meaning of a good BaZi for caesarean birth should be a BaZi (i.e. date and hour) with good destiny and luck indications.

Usually a caesarean delivery is carried out in the 10 days preceding the actual delivery date. There are 130 (13 BaZi x 10 days) BaZi in this 10-day period and every BaZi is different in terms of the destiny and luck indications. To have a caesarean birth on a good BaZi date, one has to specially identify a BaZi with good destiny and luck indications in this 10-day period. If left to chance, an expecting mother may give birth on a bad BaZi date.

The examples below show a bad BaZi and two good BaZi.

Example 1 (Bad BaZi)

Assuming the BaZi below was chosen for caesarean birth for a baby girl.

More unfavourable elements than favourable elements

In this BaZi, there are 2 Three-Combinations with successful transformations. Of the eight elements, only one is a favourable element and the rest (seven elements) are unfavourable elements.

The favourable Wealth Star is missing. The Spouse Star and Spouse Palace (area shaded pink) are unfavourable. The Spouse Palace is in combination (巳酉丑) which indicates potential third-party risk. This BaZi does not have favourable marriage indications.

Luck indications

Examining the Big Luck cycle reveals that there are more bad luck periods than good luck periods.

Example 2 (Good BaZi)

In the same caesarean period, a good BaZi can be identified as below. This BaZi has a Follower Structure (从格), please see BaZi 2.

Choosing this BaZi, the baby girl would be a Yang Wood (甲) person.

More favourable elements than unfavourable elements

All eight elements in the BaZi are favourable elements.

Talent Star, Wealth Star and Career Star are favourable elements and are all present and visible. The Spouse Star and Spouse Palace (area shaded pink) are favourable although the Spouse Palace is in combination. Marriage indications are still better than the above BaZi.

The three examples above show that the BaZi in examples 2 and 3 are better BaZi for caesarean birth than the BaZi in example 1 because they have many favourable elements and many good luck periods.
